I have made this reception desk for Bounteous, the company I work for, after we rebranded. This was definitely a challenging and interesting project.

Although now that I look back at it, the design I came up with was more functional than esthetic, I am still very proud of this piece.

It is made with Wormy Maple. The “b” logo is made out of 3”thick walnut and the cutouts for the frame (welded out of recycled metal from old Ikea desks) through the top as well as the waves on the front panel were made with my Shaper Origin.

The LED lights are a little over the top but it was a fun thing to add for when we through Happy Hours at the office. ;)
